Breast Enlargement Foods

There is no doubt that breast enlargement foods eaten on a daily basis can help to grow bigger bust. naturally.

Bigger breasts foods needs time to see the effects. If you want faster results, you can supplement with the  Manjakani Pill. And massage with the Breasts Enlargement Cream. Your breast size gets bigger from "A" to "B" cup in about 6 weeks.

Besides taking the Manjakani- breasts enlargement pill, your diet should include foods that have plenty of phyto-estrogens. This includes wholegrain, nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetables, herbs and legumes.

Phyto estrogens aka nature’s designer estrogens are natural estrogen-like substances found in plants. It mimics the beneficial effects of natural estrogen.

Estrogen is a female sex hormone. It is essential for the development of the female reproductive system.  And the formation of our female characteristics.  The womanly curves - wider hips, fleshy thighs and breasts.

To maintain good levels of phyto-estrogens it is necessary to include it in your diet at least twice a day.

It is not at all difficult to include phyto-estrogen rich foods in the diet as there is a wide variety of choices to choose from.

My favorite Breast Enlargement Foods

This comes in the form of whole wheat bread, pasta and crackers, brown rice, quinoa, corn, rolled oats, barley and granola bars.

Nuts And Seeds to Increase Breast Size

Apart from being good sources of phyto-estrogens, nuts and seeds are rich in fiber, phyto-nutrients and antioxidants such as vitamin E and selenium.

You can snack on walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans and pine nuts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. It is best to eat them in its natural unsalted form.

Or you can add them to salads, cookies, breads and pasta dishes. And you can include alfalfa sprouts in your sandwiches.

Eat Legumes for Breast Enlargement

This is my favorite group of breast enlargement foods. It consists of soy products, chick peas, peanuts, edamame, green beans, snow peas, long beans, etc.

I love soy products and consume it in the form of tofu, bean curd sheets, soy milk, tempeh and soy protein powder.

Herbs is the Best Breast Enlargement Foods

Herbs such as dong quai, fennel seeds and fenugreek, saw palmetto and wild yam have been used in various cultures as folk medicine to grow bigger breasts.

As a Chinese, I regularly drink a concoction of dong quai, red dates and wolf berries as a female health tonic.

Harem women in the Middle East eat fennel and fenugreek seeds to naturally enhance their breasts.

Studies have found this to be true. Fenugreek aids in hormone production and facilitates the development of the mammary glands that "feeds" on estrogen. It is one of the most effective breast enlargement foods.

Or you can dry roast the fenugreek seeds, grind it into powder. Mix a quarter cup of the fenugreek powder with a little water to form a paste. Massage gently on the breasts and let it dry for 10 minutes. Then rinse off with water. You will feel a tightness in your breasts after a few applications.

Eat More Fruits And Vegetables for Bigger Breasts

All types of fruits and vegetables contain phyto-estrogens. Some examples of which are leafy vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, kale, parsley, kelp, collards, blueberries, grapes, olives, apricot, cherries, peaches, etc).

Besides giving you bountiful breasts, the breast enhancing foods mentioned above are good for your general health as well.

You have nothing to lose but everything to gain by eating more of the breast enlargement foods - herbs, legumes, fruits and vegetables. Other than making the breasts bigger and firmer, these foods ease menopausal symptoms and are works well as dry vagina remedies.
