Diet for Bigger Breast


No doubt breast enlargement foods eaten on a daily basis can help to grow bigger bust.

Other than supplementing with Manjakani- bigger breast pill, my diet consists of foods that contain lots of phyto-estrogens. This includes wholegrain, nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetables, herbs and legumes.

Phyto estrogens aka nature’s designer estrogens are natural estrogen-like substances found in plants. It mimics the beneficial effects of natural estrogen.

Estrogen is the female sex hormone responsible for the development of the female reproductive system and our female characteristics; the womanly curves - wider hips, fleshy thighs and breasts.

To maintain good levels of phyto-estrogens it is necessary to include it in your diet at least twice a day.

It is not at all difficult to include phyto-estrogen rich foods in the diet as there is a wide variety of choices to choose from.

My favorite Breast Enlargement Foods

Wholegrain

This comes in the form of whole wheat bread, pasta and crackers, brown rice, quinoa, corn, rolled oats, barley and granola bars.

Nuts And Seeds

Apart from being good sources of phyto-estrogens, nuts and seeds are rich in fiber, phytonutrients and antioxidants such as vitamin E and selenium.

You can snack on walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans and pine nuts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.  It is best to eat them in its natural unsalted form.

Or you can add them to salads, cookies, breads and pasta dishes. And you can include alfalfa sprouts in your sandwiches.

Legumes

This is my favorite group of breast enlargement foods. It consists of soy products, chick peas, peanuts, edamame, green beans, snow peas, long beans, etc.

I love soy products and consume it in the form of tofu, bean curd sheets, soy milk, tempeh and soy protein powder.

Herbs

Herbs such as dong quai, fennel seeds and fenugreek, saw palmetto and wild yam have been used in various cultures as folk medicine to grow bigger breasts.

As a Chinese, I regularly drink a concoction of dong quai, red dates and wolf berries as a female health tonic.

In the Middle East, it was rumored that harem women were fed fennel and fenugreek seeds to make their breasts bigger.

Studies have found this to be true as fenugreek aids in hormone production and facilitates the development of the mammary glands that "feeds" on estrogen. It is one of the most effective breast enlargement foods.

Nowadays, saw palmetto is usually associated with prostate health, but it has its origins as a natural breast enhancer and it is still recommended by naturopathic physicians for increasing breast size.

Wild yam is probably the most widely used herb for breast enlargement. Wild yam powder can be added to your lotion for breast massage.

Fruits And Vegetables

All types of fruits and vegetables contain phyto-estrogens. Some examples of which are leafy vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, kale, parsley, kelp, collards, blueberries, grapes, olives, apricot, cherries, peaches, etc).

Green Papaya With Pork Soup For Larger Breasts

Let me share this green papaya soup recipe that Chinese mothers brew for their pubescent daughters to help the breasts grow to their fullest potential.

It is very effective in enlarging the breasts before the girl turns eighteen but the mother can drink it to keep the breasts perky too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small sized green papaya (peeled and seeds removed, cut into small chunks)
  • 400 grams  pork ribs (can be replace with lean pork or chicken parts)
  • 2 knobs of thumb sized ginger,  smashed 1
  • 1  small carrot (cut into small chunks)
  • 2 litres water

Procedure:

  1. Boil a pot of water and blanch the pork ribs, lean pork or chicken. This will remove the scums from the meats.
  2. In another pot, put 2 litres of cold water to boil. Once it starts boiling add in green papaya and carrots and meat.
  3. Simmer for 1 and a half hour
  4. Season the soup with salt and pepper.

Ladle the hot soup into soup bowls and enjoy!
